Bets are settled as soon as the official result is confirmed. Settlement errors, if any, will be corrected once identified. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the support team within 7 calendar days of the settlement date. Football and Esports markets operate under the same general rules as cricket betting. Market-specific rules — such as whether goals scored in extra time count, or how an Esports match forfeit is handled — are displayed within the relevant market. y999g applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed on the Betting page and within individual markets. Winnings above the stated maximum for a market will be capped at the limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
